We’ve all been there. The day has been hectic and you’ve been stressed out from the time you’ve hit the conference room to the time you walk through your front door. Once you’ve labeled it a “bad day” there seems to be no turning back. Well according to Gwen Moran, there are several ways you can turn a bad day around before it ends. Moran says simply changing the label itself could reverse your entire outlook on the day. Also, try focusing on the things that ARE going your way; maybe your favorite coffee shop wasn’t crazy busy this morning, or traffic to work was a breeze. And if all else fails, bail on the task, or if nothing’s going right, bail on the day completely and pick up where you left off tomorrow. Everyone needs a break now and then.
