Walk away from the demanding, high-paying job.
It’s been said time and time again: money can’t buy happiness (unless maybe you win the $1.3 Billion Powerball lottery.) A new initial study has been released viewing the dynamic of time vs. money and long-term happiness. Just about half of the participants are swayed to value money over time and a little more than half value time over money. However, those who valued time, were found to be happier in the long run. While we all can’t afford to hire someone to clean out the gutters for us so we can bask in the sun, there are other ways that we can prioritize time over money. Instead of spending money on things, spend it on experiences! You’ll be making the most of the time you do have, and you’ll be all the happier for it.
